Eating red meats is usually considered “the devil” when striving for an anti-inflammatory diet to relieve Fibromylagia symptoms. Yet some, have sought out "the devil" itself, consuming meats of all kinds- including its parts, and finding relief from their Fibromyalgia and autoimmune symptoms. This rare dietary regime is called the Carnivore Diet.
Meghan French is a Canadian wife and mother living with severe Fibromyalgia-- an arthritic and autoimmune condition that affected her mobility and especially her cognitive function, causing extreme brain fog a.k.a Fibro-Fog. In this episode, Meghan will share how she used the Carnivore Diet along with her faith to relieve the majority of her Fibro-Fog and lessen the amount of pain medications she needed to take.
